The Asili Chi Experience Guarantee

Asili Chi assures each guest will leave satisfied.  All hair services are guaranteed for two weeks after your cut or chemical service with the use of Aveda recommended products.  If you are not happy with your service, come back within two weeks for a complimentary refresher service.

Reservations & Cancellations

Appointments are strongly suggested.  Asili Chi requires a credit card number to reserve massage, body treatment, facial, spa package, chemical hair service, hair cut, and pedicure appointments.  These appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice to prevent a credit card charge for the full price of the missed service.  If you have a preference for a male or female Esthetician or Massage Therapist, please mention it at the time of your reservation.

Punctuality 

Punctuality is essential for all salon and spa appointments.  If you arrive late for your spa appointment, it will end at the scheduled time.  Any guest arriving 15 minutes past the time of their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule.  The staff at Asili Chi asks that you arrive 15 minutes before your service to relax and take full advantage of your appointment.

Children

Salon services for children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Spa services for children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room.  The Asili Chi Spa is designed to maximize relaxation, so children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa area.

Personal Items

Asili Chi Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Products

Customers may exchange products that are more than halfway full with an Asili Chi receipt within 30 days to get store credit.  We will not accept returns from other Aveda stores or salons. 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available in all dollar amounts and do not expire.  All Gift Card sales are final, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  Asili Chi will not accept gift cards for other Aveda salons or spas.

Parking

The West Loop is a high-traffic area, so please allow time to find parking.  Asili Chi does not have a parking lot.  Street parking and metered parking are available in the area, and paid parking garages are located on Peoria St between Adams St and Monroe St, and Jackson Blvd and Green St.
